Majoll is a Nord man you meet at the end of the Innocent Scoundrel quest in Stros M’kai in Daggerfall Covenant. He is the only male lover of Jakarn that we meet.
When walking around Stros M'kai I noticed that all the girls seem to love Jakarn. Then I talked to this guy and decided it's not just the girls.
