I want to be friends with Zendaya and Curie
This next chapter is gonna be a little longer than usual, please bear with me. :) It’s a biggin.
i love my irl friend erick because he likes fnaf but he has a life so he misses lore so i get to infodump when literally anythimg happens in this franchise
I nearly have 44,000 words and my novel is nowhere near being finished. Like the minor, before the major, revolution hasn't even happened yet. But I should hopefully be to 50,000 by this time tomorrow and then I can devote the rest of my free time to getting caught up in Homestuck. Apparently some major stuff is about to happen and my life is about to be ruined. But I dunno.
Blarg stuff.
Blarg. I've been feeling trapped by my Biology Major lately. I feel like I'm just wasting my parent's hard-earned money by pursuing it and it just makes me feel like such a waste of space douchebag. :(
I love Biology and Medical Sciences and everything, but I don't feel anywhere remotely near smart enough to pursue a career in it, let alone continue to study it for 6+ years.
Having a friend majoring in another passion of mine that I know my parents would frown on ("The only job you would get is being a teacher, etc." Not true, asdfghjkl) if I chose to major in it, kind of brought to light the unease I've been feeling towards my major for years.
Really the only reason I chose this major is because my dad brought it up when I went to a college convention when I was a Freshman in High School.
"So hey Biology looks like a cool major. You interested in that at all?"
"Eh. Maybe."
Ding. Future decided. -FLIPS TABLE-
Uurgh, maybe Mom and Dad will feel less upset about me switching my major to something I'd want more if I paid for my own classes and books and everything. :(
Lol, this whole thing is why whenever I see movies, cartoons, or stories with the general moral of "Follow your dreams and be happy, don't let anyone stop you, yaaaayyyyy~~~" I get really irritated. BRO YOU ARE A CARTOON RABBIT, YOU KNOW NOTHING OF THIS.
