Idk how to slap a tw on this, but it's just me venting about gender shit im honestly tired of thinking of. Maybe venting it here will help. Probably not. Ugh.

Something ive been thinking about lately is how often I have to be Like A Woman just to get by without feeling shame

Or feeling like I need to do this to survive and not be harrassed

Like. I want to cut my hair but I feel ugly without it because I spent 6 years being confident while having my loved ones tell me I "look like a maniac" or such things

I know the little girl in me still lives, even though she wanted to die

To this day, she wants to "be a boy"

But that will kill us both.

"Boys" will want to overpower us even more

And if they can't, they'll do so much worse

It never ends.

I can't be man enough for the both of us, it seems

And why can't men be tender to each other?

Why don't I deserve that? Why didn't I?

Why did my friends who were boys and men feel the need to try and outdo me at the gym to the point of hurting themselves? I told them it wasn't easy... I worked hard even with "help" from the hormones.
