🚨CAUTION!!🚨to all the precious squeamish people out there... Don’t look further... 👍🏻 (My video app isn’t working so I’ll have to do these like this!) Many people have asked me what I’ve actually had done so here goes... the first photo you see is my hernia and behind that is my gallbladder, second photo I have circled the hernia for you. The next photo is that same hernia all stitched/fixed/removed with a V shaped gap at the top to allow it to expand so I can eat proper food when I am able to. The next photo is me explaining to you how my stomach is now wrapped around that area. And the final photo shows just that, which means I have lost 1/4 of my stomach and NO MORE HERNIA!!!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 these are my photos from my operation and the surgeon is really pleased with how it went and that I can now just about walk myself to the loo! Not responding to pain killers very well though as morphines not doing anything at all for me but I don’t feel half as bad as I did a few hours ago so I got dis 💪🏻 #hiatushernia #majoroperation #postop #opphotos #allthepain (at Russells Hall Hospital)
