Omg... I am amazed!!! Have to share this major win!!! I drove 5 hours last night and didn’t have to stop for a rest at all!!! For those of you that don’t know me this makes no sense... lol! But this is a big thing for me because usually when I drive I am tired instantly... I used to doze off driving only 30 minutes to work at 330 in the afternoon. No matter what time it was or where I was going I would be tired as soon as I got behind the wheel. The 5 hour trip I drove last night I used to have to stop and walk around at least 4-5 times. I would drink coffee to keep myself awake and it would just make me more tired. I would eat pretzels, they worked to keep me awake, but if I stopped eating them I was tired, so I had to continue eating them and then felt like crap. But wholly cow guys!! I drank my ketones right before I started driving last night, was super tired from being up the night before with my daughters pained broken foot, and I thought I was going to have to stop only 30 minutes into the trip. But then as I was driving I realized I wasn’t tired anymore... I was worried I would get tired again because that is how it happened in the past. But 4 hours into the trip I was still not tired. The sun had gone down and still no change. I couldn’t believe it!!! I have noticed other benefits like my low blood sugar has not been as bad and I have not felt the carb coma from eating... but nothing as evident as this!! Now I am ready for those long (and short) trips without worry of falling asleep behind the wheel or having to stop numerous times making the trip that much longer... yay!!!!!!!! #majorwin #nomorestopping #bringonthetravels #iamreadyforanything
