This is something I tell my clients all the time. . Our bodies, our health, our mindset, our work, our success, etc is NOT “Amazon prime”... it doesn’t just happen in two days. . Quitting something cold turkey or implementing a full diet plan etc is like setting yourself up for failure. . The greatest and longest lasting results will be from implementing one thing at a time and taking the small steps towards that thing until it becomes routine and doing this with all the changes you want to see. .
