Here’s a comparison of the ruins the Faceless One lives in from ‘The Price of Deceit’ and the Kingdom of Zalesia from ‘The Power of Grayskull’.

It seems that the ruins are specifically the top of the front-facing tower of the citadel (you can see a glimpse of the monument on top of the top picture in the bottom image as well). This means that the Kingdom of Zalesia sank into the ground at some point.
