youâre not naive if you choose to be positive. you know there are bad things, downsides and negatives but you choose to bring light in anyway. and it doesnât just shine on you, so thank you

Things You May Need to Hear
"it'll be okay" and "you can do it" are phrases that sometimes fall flat. here's some things you may need to hear:
you're good enough
sometimes it's okay to not try so hard
it's okay to not always be strong
you don't have to be anything for anybody
don't be so hard on yourself
you're worth it
it doesn't make you weak to ask for help
let yourself cry
you donât have to earn rest. you deserve as much as you need.
I hope you look back at past versions of yourself with kindness rather than despair.
I am doing the best I can and that is enough.
i donât know who needs to hear thisÂ
You are worthy of good things. Yes, you are.
[âyou are being so strong and doing so wellâ]
youâre not a failure because your disability makes it harder for you to study or work, or do any of the things you want to. respecting our own limits and boundaries is more important than relentlessly chasing after an impossible definition of success.
Itâs important to remember that your best varies day to day. Some days, your best means you may knock off several tasks. Some days, your best may mean you cannot even get out of bed.
When you hear âdo your bestâ please remember that your best varies and thatâs okay.
