That just facilitated burn out - January is the magic month for burn out cause we #makeallthechanges . . But the secret to making consistent life change is #healthyhabits . . That’s why this whole month we are workin on making an #exercisehabit . . One small step at a time . I know you’ll be tempted to quit cause it’s just too silly that something so small will can make a difference - but it does and the magic of it is that your brain starts to crave more and more movement - until you’re so #hashtagshredded you can’t even handle it lolz ✌️. .
