Valentines is about love but not just romantic love, it's about your love, empathy and care for others.
As the world, and america especially looks darker every day, I'd like to stop and spread some love to the people and communities I care about <3
Happy valentines day to the lonely hearts, queer people, trans people, trans kids, gender non conforming people, people of color, people with disabilities, people struggling with mental health, people in stressful home situations, people not entirely comfortable in their skin, teenagers who are scared to grow up, little kids who need love, people who are scared and suffering.
And happy valentines to people who've fought long and hard battles, mentally, activism, personally and anything else counts, you're amazing for getting as far as you have and I'm proud of you.
You are all loved, cherished, beautiful, strong and deserving of amazing things, at all times, not just on February 14th.
