In January I decided to cleanse my body of all the junk I'd been putting in it. I gave up Gluten, Dairy, Sugar, Processed Foods, and Alcohol and have truly never felt better! I've had countless people ask when my 'diet' ends, when I can go back to eating 'normal' and my answer is always the same... this isn't a diet, this is my lifestyle! I took away the bad so I can enjoy the good, I don't feel deprived, I don't feel like I'm missing out, I'm taking control of what I put in my body and I'm choosing to give myself only the best. I don't expect every person to understand my choices but this is MY choice and your negativity isn't needed.
