Darren De Mattia - From Make it your race to the podium in SPA

Darren, what are your feelings about this podium in one of the most incredible circuits of the world?

Excited. It is an amazing circuit and with this car (500 Assetto Corse) you can go very fast, it is not easy. It is a long circuit (more than 7 km), in some place it was more wet and with the slick tyres was very hard.

 You overtake some drivers to reach this results, also the leader of the “Trofeo Make it yousr race” Fabien Jeanblanc.

Yes it was hard, but a great satisfaction here where few days ago on the same podium there where the Formula1 drivers. Here there is also all my family to watch the race, the victory it is also for them.

SPA Day 1 - Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europa - Benelux - MIYR

First day in SPA, Two weeks after Alonso, Vettel & Hamilton, on the same track the drivers of the Trofeo Abarth Europa, Italia and Benelux are ready to race.

More than 20 cars will be on the starting grid tomorrow with Luca Anselmi the leader of the Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europa in Pole Position. Second place for Alex Campani (second also in the Global Ranking). Third place for Eric Scalvini.

Bad day for Giacon (third driver in the global ranking). In the morning he had an accident to the Radillon bent. Probably tomorrow he will start from the end of the grid. 

In the Trofeo Abarth Europa, categoria 500, for Monicini a quite good qualifying session. He will start from the first half of the group.. 

In the Trofeo Abarth Benelux we have the first surprise of the day. Pole Position (the first as pro-driver) for Fabio Marchiafava. He learn to drive in make it your race "school", but now is racing by itself.

In the Trofeo Make it your race, our #topdrivers are living their first week-end in SPA as pro-drivers. In the free practice in the morning the italian driver, Alberto Fontana, was the best among all the 500. But during qualifications he had a bad accident. He feels good, but for car damages, unfortunately, the week-end of race in SPA has come to the end for him.

First of the official #miyr drivers is Fabien Jeanblanc, not a surprise he is the leader of theTrofeo Make it your race.
