The excitement when the top two winners face each other in the championships, we wait with anticipation. They prepare for the challenge ahead with diligence and fortitude. All the energy it takes to complete the challenge is exhausting and taxing on our endurance. We take the challenge knowing this is “what we want”, we move with full speed. The more confidence we have, whether we win or lose, we’ll know we are still winners.
When we want something ‘different” or ‘new”, this triggers feelings within us to see change. The challenge is to start out on a new pathway, routine, or habit, and fear takes over wasting good energy changing our thoughts negative. This keeps us spinning in circles never achieving what we wanted. The challenge is long and hard and if better prepared with the understanding of “who we are”, we can have the outcome we seek. When we feel loved it makes the challenge easier to achieve with out fear.
Life is dull without one,
Life is short and we make it more complicated then necessary creating stress. When we take a challenge we feel invigorated building up self esteem to believe in ourselves making the obstacles disappear. A challenge takes us places unimaginable building belief we can do it again and again.
