Hi! We recently got a note in our letterbox about a missing cat in the area. Do you have any tips about what to do if we see the cat? Obviously call the owners, but I'm worried the cat will run off before they get there.

Definitely don’t chase the cat. It’s probably extremely stressed and it’s better to just call the owners and let them know where it was sighted than try to catch it yourself.

I'm pretty sure it's a flashback because in the flashback to when Amy and Jake first met in Halloveen her hair is like that. I don't think we'll get it but maybe we'll get to see Jake and Amy interacting! It would be awesome to see them in their early days.

My phone is always on silent/vibrate so I have no idea

I feel quiet flat but unusually calm

Its ok to not be ok, its ok to struggly, its ok not to be strong all the time and its ok to make mistakes, but you have to carry on fighting

For that anon that wanted to participate in her friend's fast, this year my best friend (this-life-will be-ours, if you'd like to talk to her) who has anorexia also did the 40 Hour Famine, but she gave up her ED for forty hours- a full intake, no purging etc. It was really hard but she did it and I was so proud of her for it! So instead of giving up eating, she gave up not eating. Just a thought :)

WOW OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS IDEA, i am so so so proud of her too, that is absolutely amazing!!!
