#Repost @ryherdmakes ・・・ Working on fine tuning my printer to work on a mechanism that needs pretty small gears. The pitch circle of these are around 10mm (3/8"). Printed in @makergeeks #raptor 1. 245degrees, 25mm/s .3mm initial layer height and .2mm layers above that 2. 215degrees 25mm/s .2mm initial layer .127mm layers above that (based on the pitchbof the z axis leaders which is imperial) 3. 215degrees 25mm/s .2mm initial layer and .0635mm layers above that (half the thickness of 2) In the end settings for 2 yielded results that were nearly as good, but took 2x as long to print as setting set 3.
