#Makevember Day 29: Attraction Not heroes wear caps, but some heroes do control magnetism. These little magnets help win the war against material curl on my laser. They only work on my laser because the bed is steel where as most lasers use a softer aluminum honeycomb. It is one of those cases of use what you have on hand. I bought these magnets many years ago for an installation and had many extras, I purposely used brass screws and a brass knurled nut because they would make assembly easier and they aren’t not attracted by the magnet.
