Green #eyepencil can help make #greeneyes sparkle, but it can also make them appear duller. The trick is to use a green that is a shade darker and a different hue than your eyes, this works too for #mascara and eyeshadows.... For the #beautifulbrunette in the photo , I used on the waterline , a metallic #turquoise pencil from #inglotmontecarlo .
