So everytime i put on mascara it smutches during the day so i always have mascara under my eyes, helppp how do i stop this

Try using a waterproof mascara. A thing i started doing actually after watching carli bybels yb video, is basically setting ur under eyes with powder and then apply mascara and then when its dry wipe it off! Try it out love xx
