#Day13 of #communityquarantine It's #makeyourownpasta night. What, with the fresh #pesto and #sofrito I just made. I also dug deep into last year's Christmas baskets for this one and so we have 2 kinds of noodles and for the meat/protein element, some left-over Christmas Ham (thank you ACCRALAW for this by the way, HUGE, bone-in, yummy ham) and some #quesodebola and parmessan cheese to complete either dish. This meal is also what I'd like to think of as my "brave front" meal because, with the lockdown happening in 2 days, and with the long lines at the groceries and everybody panic-buying, I don't know when we can have fresh meat again so I am trying to conserve what i have in my fridge until we can re-stock.
