'remain calm, forget that you know me' might be referring to a future where the narrator & subject don't interact, and the subject does their best to forget everything that happened between them in the past. but it could also be occurring within the relationship; 'remain calm' to prevent anything escalating in a clearly volatile situation, and 'forget that you know me' — willingly ignoring what the subject knows about who the narrator is as a person so they can both continue on in peaceful, and deliberate, ignorance of everything wrong and the inevitability of a painful ending. forget that you know me
