Another member of Pen's crew, Shakes acts as the mafia's accountant. He's actually from Russia too, as he and Pen fled the country together. Shakes later developed a cocaine addiction that eventually led to death by overdose. Since he died while on the drug, he's still got a high quality in death making him unstable physically and mentally—his body is always morphing depending on his mood, which tends to be more aggressive in his case. Spikes will jut out when he screams and he sometimes will ooze into a puddle without noticing.
