oh hey there.

It seems I have found my way back to this part of the internet. It has been a really long time, so most up coming posts will be recaps of what I have been up to creatively!

These photos are from the last handmade market I did back in May. It was really nice, but wasn't worth the time and work I put into everything. Probably will be my last market for sometime. I have been so creatively distant from my shop and artwork, that I can't really say I have any passion in selling it to people.

Cool experience, learned a lot. Mostly that I would rather be in bed then selling/working on my day off :)

Got my order of *:･ﾟ✧mystery stickers*:･ﾟ✧ from @makinguselessthings today! I'm so so pleased with them!! The packaging is the cutest too!

One of my favorite things to come from doing a handmade market. This sign. I used fusible interfacing and a variety of fabrics (some even naturally dyed) to create a little sign for my table. It didn't hold up to well in the wind, but its really cute and I like having it hanging in my office :)

How do you all feel about knitting stickers?

I am working on a few different styles and sets. Not quite finished yet, but I think they might be fun to sell.

This might seem kind of silly to some of you, but to me it is a pretty neat. 

I have always wanted well-rounded some what branded packaging for my Etsy shop. But I always felt like it was something out of reach. Too much of an investment to order custom tissue paper and stickers, for a shop that might not be open very long. But after finding out that a bunch of small businesses just make all this stuff at home, it changed my whole outlook! I had such a blast designing all this and making it cohesive. Plus, I can feel confident it will make my customers smile. 

Maybe it was a silly goal to have, but it feels really nice to have completed it, and to know that it was so simple all along.

Hey everyone!

Really quick shop update, I just launched these super cute Frog and Newt stickers in my shop! Each one comes as a set with three other stickers that correlate to each animals environment! I love how these turned out. I made them for my niece. These creatures are native to where I live in North East Ohio. I really want to consider making more through out the year. Maybe seeing if I can sell them at some local park gift shops.

Right now I just print them and cut them at home. But if I get enough interest, I am considering getting them professionally made on more durable material.
