Powdery mildew injected seeds. I love the never ending ability to play with these plants. The aerated compost tea i applies really worked well to keep the Pm fairly in control. I almost thought i had gotten rid of it. THen the cold weather came back. I wanted the plant to keep the Pm, as im hoping to start breeding towards some tolerance. (Just for fun, its not breeding so much as chucking the two i had together. However the extremely lanky narrow leaf varietal with Pm that is the mother was bred to a very fast flowering wide-leaf completely resistant to same conditions PM. So if nothing else may be quite a neat cross based on growing structure alone. And hopefully some tolerance to conditions here. Really neat either way watching my first batch of seeds develop. They look like theyre going to be huge seeds. :). Pistillate is a strawberryguava by oni seed co.
