I gotchu. I’ll mostly be covering the skykids of mine that have some semblance of a story, just to keep things a bit shorter.

1. Sunrise

Sunrise is from the Isle of Dawn. Some fun facts about them are:

They have a strong dedication for the mission, to the point where it’s almost their entire personality (yikes)

Their main hobbies are face painting and wax carving

They grew up by themself

They’re bald by choice

2. Daisy

Daisy is from the Daylight Prairie. Some fun facts about her are:

She's the youngest member of the group at 6 years old

She has a fox plush who she talks to regularly

She was raised by her older sister for most of her life

She likes to play in fire for some reason

3. Whisper

Whisper is from the Hidden Forest. Some fun facts about her are:

She can turn invisible at will, and usually prefers to be invisible too

She was raised alongside light creatures, and therefore has a strong love for them

She's very shy, but also very sweet

She doesn't speak much, and can go a long time without saying anything at all

4. Simon

Simon is from the Valley of Triumph. Some fun facts about him are:

He grew up with his best friend

He's the oldest of the group at 17 years old

Despite his gentlemanly appearance, he's more on the crude side

Nobody knows why he wears that many hats

5. Mako

Mako is from the Golden Wasteland. Some fun facts about her are:

She's had many guardians in her life, although her time with them have been short-lived

She has several scars on her feet and ankles from crab attacks

She has never eaten a single sweet in her entire life

She's easily the best flier in the group

6. Lucid

Lucid is from the Vault of Knowledge. Some fun facts about him are:

Like Sunrise, he grew up by himself

He's very particular about his appearance

He has a twin sister named Rem

He sometimes hides in the archives to snoop through memories

Honorable Mention: Beans

Beans is from Prairie Peaks. Some fun facts about her are:

Her first language is manatee (yes, really)

She's a good baker

The baby manatee on her head is named Squishy

She has beef with the nightbirds

Honorable Mention: Little Krill

Nobody actually knows where Little Krill is from. Some fun facts about them are:

They're actually trying to figure out where they came from

They stare, like, a lot

Their favorite food is fresh bread buns

They're very impressed by light creatures

So yeah, there are definitely more skykids, but this was already super long. Anyway, hope that suffices.

Skywing in the top left corner, with the red dots on her eyes - Ash. Ash is a young skywing, who watched her sister get gutted like a fish by her mentor and is pretty fucked up over it. And no one believes her, so she's forced to be around her sisters murderer constantly. Hides her emotions, so no one knows how much of a depressed, anxiety ridden mess she is.

Nightwing next to her with light blue accents - Dreamcatcher, a nightwing who only sees the most terrible futures and a dragons deepest, most dark thoughts and memories. Has a lot of nightmares. Nervous all the time. Seawing below ash with the heart - Mako, mako is ash's girlfriend and is incredibly patient and caring. Isn't afraid to be snarky however, and tends to get snappy when someone insults her friends or girlfriend. Seawing below mako with the dark blue horns - Tidepool, makos more outgoing brother. Confident and loves a good challenge. Wants to be in the royal guard, but sucks ass at actual combat. He's trying. Big seawing next too Tidepool - abis, an absolute unit of a seawing. He was born in the deep sea and spent pretty much his entire life that way, as a result he's huge, his scales never truly turn off and are always slightly glowing, has extra night vision and is a much stronger swimmer then a normal seawing, and his light up scales can change colors. Faints if he gets too high up without spending time getting used to the altitude. The only icewing in the whole pic lol - Avalanche, the first almost fully functional animus dragon since jerboas spell. Extroverted, loves talking to other dragons, the ultimate wing woman. Energetic and smiles a lot

The skywing with the curved horns below avalanche - Another dragon like abis, growing up underground and as a result his horns and wings grew too accommodate cave life. Can't fly, hotter fire breath for smelting metal, has covered himself in gold. Innocent and zero people skills.

The dragon with the big scars on her eye - Aelous, a mud/sky hybrid whos very grumpy. Doesn't have friends or family, but considers Ash a little sister. Very protective over Ash, would bite a dragons head off for hurting her. A seasoned battle veteran, and high ranking general.

Oh yeah thanks to el hermano and the god valley incident, GUESS WHO IS LIKE THE SAME AGE AS LUFFY AND USOPP BUT JUST LIKE MONTHS YOUNGER???

THAT'S RIGHT, MAKO.

Also like real talk, she was always supposed to be left behind on Foosha. Part of it was that rewrite wise, Elegia and Uta happened. And before then, it was just Shanks realizing shit is getting too dangerous for Mako to stick around and even Robin leaves cuz she felt stifled because she couldn't accomplish her own goals (also she's still lowkey suicidal, she's a bit better but the core issue hasn't been addressed so she's skirting by the bare minimum of enjoying what she can instead of to the fullest due to guilt). Sanji was gonna get dropped off at teh Orbit anyways because he wants to cook. Now because of the Elbaph flashback, we can have the extra added info of Shanks not wanting Sanji anywhere near his family BS and cutting his ties.

Mako and Uta were like his last limits. Elegia tragedy happens, not as bad on its own. But it happens AFTER Loki and Harald (it was 14 years before the story, Mako and Luffy would've been 5 ish), so hey, guess what, Mako went to Elbaf before Luffy, not only is the running gag of her bounty being higher than his at the start a thing for her "conspiracy" bs, BUT SHE ALSO DID VISIT ELBAF.

And maybe kinda sorta met Loki. Idk, but she did ask if he got called a monster post...YA KNOW. she obviously didn't know the full scope of things and Robin was deliberately kept in the dark because Shanks was NOT letting whatever the fuck is Imu near her.

Also Sommers may or may not have been the Celestial who forced the coupling between Mako's mom and her bio dad, since it ties in with his horrific twisted love bs. I did say her mama was a Kuja Pirate navigator and the god valley incident DID involve a Kuja SO MAKE WHAT YOU WILL OF THAT MESS. BUT ALSO FUCK SOMMERS.

Anyways here we have Shanks falling apart at the fact that no matter how much he tries, HE CANNOT keep Mako with him any longer. Letting Uta go HURT, but Mako was this ship of denial he couldn't ignore and once he loses his arm on Foosha, it really makes it sink in for him, so he leaves her behind.

So yeah, Mako and Uta have abandonment issues. Shanks finds out the hard way that he can't fix shit with duct tape. Also he will never forgive himself for even playing up the fact to his own twin that Mako was just some sort of pet a la Invincible Omniman comment. Like nah, that's his daughter and those other two girls are also his daughters. Nico Robin? NAH THAT'S NICOLO, SEE HOW HER EYES DON'T MATCH (new headcanon is that Robin wears contacts to hide her heterochromia because she was hella bullied on Ohara that she just hides it, makes it easy for her to fall under the radar but also I saw someone mix her anime blue eyes and her canon manga brown and like galaxy brain).

Oh yeah for periods if time, Mako had to deal with Shanks disappearing from the ship, time to time. Certainly doesn't play up her abandonment issues. Oh no lmao. (Lie)

Anyways that's been the latest update since I know a lot of y'all were wondering and I ke0t quiet because I needed to see this play out. And jfc, did it force my hand lmao.
