You said u figured out color palettes! Got any tips for us who suck at that?
oh no i meant the dorm color palette thats coming up for the neewollah dorm! it was kind of tricky esp cause its so hard working with those hues....i dont want to give too much away because of how fun itll be to fully showcase them and what they stand for
but i will say, if you have trouble for palettes if you tend to overdo in color limit it, i say at most 5 is enough majority different colors.
You should always make sure theres a range in values, how light something is, how rich a color is, or how dark a color is. you want range in the depth of the colors not just different colors because even if something might look okay when you take away the hue and just look at it you wont even be able to tell which colors are what or any designs
if you tried to draw some like design with color A but color A is the same value as Color B which it was drawn upon. so as soon as the hue leaves you cant distinguish anything.

-while Mal is skilled at crafting faces and looks for himself, there are two forms he most often prefers: one with shaggy black hair, dark eyes, and a hooked nose (default / feels most ‘himself’); the other with coiffed dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a pointed nose (his ‘professional’ look)
-Mal can hop between liminal spaces too, but he loves choosing spooky places like abandoned houses and hospitals on purpose and “haunting” them just to see the fear on people’s faces
