Malabu Scam: Adoke, Others Escape Prison Remand, As Court Orders Return To EFCC Custody

Justice Idris Kutigi of the Abuja high court has ordered the remand of a former attorney general of the federation and minister of justice, Mohammed Adoke (SAN), and two of his co-defendants who are currently in EFCC custody over his involvement in the Malabu oil scam.
