He's a intern for Mr Monitor. He's got strong legs letting him run fast for long periods of time and is incredibly loud (I wonder why.) He can control the volume of his voice but he sometimes forgets he's got the volume up and accidentally blasts someone's ear drums out. His loud voice make him an important member during chases or calling out commands he is told
Mal takes his job seriously and can be a stick in the mud but when he isn't being, yk, serious, he's pretty chill. He's forgetful but pretty smart. He will rattle off the laws behind what crime you're committing like it's gospel/silly
He is actually a refurbished Baldi's Basics oc that I kinda left to rot but realised he would be great for Smg4
