Story time! We first found Bella on Craigslist from someone who could no longer take care of her. She was about 2.5 months old and they lived very close to us. We heard some of the back story - came from Sacramento-CA, Malamute breeder, lost paperwork, got as a gift from bf who was friends with cousin? Anyways, she seemed like a good puppy, very happy, and liked to follow us around, semi-potty trained, and thought that she would be a good play mate for Kofu (lol saved for story 2). Long story short, I was curious how she would turn out, as her markings as a puppy was cream/beige and she kinda looked more like a Shepherd mix, so I scoured through IG to find similar puppies to see how they turned out as adults. And lo and behold, ran into another puppy that looked justttt like her. It was uncanny (head markings with diamond)! We double checked their birthdays and it matched up along with the place of birth. After messaging this total stranger inquiring about his puppy, we decided that they must be related! Since there were parts of the story that lined up.
