I'm down with the flu for the past week. So I have to postpone recording and releasing my new song. But for the time being, this is a video of a group of musicians performing Malaysia's traditional music called 'Gamelan' that I recorded at a wedding I attended. One of my favourite Malaysian music. The melodic structure is simple yet effective. The rhythm just carries you smoothly throughout the song. I will one day hopefully incorporate this music into one of my own songs. Malaysia has some awesome traditional music!
