b. Any of your stories inspired by personal experience?
sort of??? The Green Place is set in my area. I sat on that bench. I saw those forget me nots. I have also thrown biscuits into the bushes. And there’s a bit in the beginning of one my Black Cat fics that was inspired by a late night train ride.
f. Care to share a favorite hurt/comfort fic?
i haven’t read fic for about 86 years. though if this is for one I wrote, I still love Still Waters
h How would you describe your style?
Muddled. is it pretty? is it bleak? i have no idea.
o. How do you begin a story--with the plot, or the characters?
Plot first then picking the characters who fit it best. I don’t look at a character and strive to think of a fic for them, no matter how hard I try.
t. Any fandom tropes you can't stand?
I hate hate hate the idea of Kitten Rook becoming a Shadowhunter and loving it. I call it the Assimilation Plot.
