Malleus x Deuce and accidental dating/marriage

I was reminded of how much I love Malleus x Deuce. And I'm just thinking of like accidental dating nonsense.

Deuce doing something that Malleus takes as a courtship move and decides to go along with it because he's impressed by how much nerve Deuce has. Deuce is just clueless about this.

Or just as good, something happens and Malleus decides to take responsibility for Deuce aka we're getting married.

And hell, it could go the other way too. Maybe the Queendom of Roses has some weird, obscure tradition or law that means you have to get married. Like maybe if someone trips into you on the third full moon of the year while holding a flower bouquet that means you are now married/must get married (bonus points if this is the one obscure law Deuce remembered). And Deuce is freaked out because he doesn't have a job yet, how can he support a prince let alone himself, but damn it, he's going to take responsibility!

You could do this with other characters, but I'm in a MalDeu mood. Maybe I'll do something with this when I catch up on other fics including the one MalDeu fluff scenario I'm writing.

Malleus x Deuce ship week maybe?

Kind of casually threw this out on blusky in a "this is a dangerous idea," but also thinking about it harder. I've never done a ship week or any fandom event like this before but it could be fun and I like Malleus x Deuce.

Since they're a cute pairing and they have two duos at this point and one significant interaction in canon and one in the manga anthology. So there's plenty to grasp onto for people unlike some of my other rare ships and I have a lot of fondness for it.

But also wondering if this is something people would want at all.

Note this isn't an interest check but maybe a vibe check before I get serious.
