The prompt for Inktober day 6 is “Pierce”! I drew the ending scene of the original “Sleeping Beauty” movie when Maleficent is pierced in the heart my a sword from Prince Phillip while in her dragon form!

I'm very glad to learn that nobody was hurt in the Fantasmic debacle. Although it's a damn shame that one of the park's largest and most elaborate audio animatronics was lost. Future shows will likely have to use the waterscreen as a substitute until another animatronic can be constructed, if that's even an option.

That said, I am adding this to my reaction image catalog because frankly it's too metal not to.

This Disney Twisted Wonderland collage is a parallel comparison to showcase Malleus Draconia and the classic Disney character that his character is based on upon and inspired from, Maleficent. In which has Malleus be seen as her TWST counterpart. After seeing Tumblr posts of the TWST Housewardens and Vice-Housewardens being featured beside the original Disney characters that they represent, I wanted to do a series of collages that work on the same idea.

Giving a title to this collage was pretty tricky and that is why it came out as "Malleficent". Making it look like "Maleficent" with two Ls, but then again Malleus is based upon her and I wanted to reference both characters in the title, rather than having it as something like "Maleficent & Malleus." That's why the titles of the other collage in this series might be mistake for ship titles, when there is not shipping involved.
