                  "  i would rather bear the pain and suffering from protecting someone than the guilt of hurting them.  ”    her voice is soft and quiet, but like a mountain, she is nigh unmovable.  she feels muscles tense just lightly under her skin and her tail flick at the thought of ever losing sight of who she is;  of ever tossing her own ideals and hopes away.  no matter the reason for the warning, it would do little to have her abandon her thoughts.  losing herself was unfathomable.  she would not allow it.

                 “  you can tell me what you want, but please understand that it will do you no good.  ”  after all, for how far she’s come in life, it would be like spitting in the face of those who helped her in all her times of need.  that was something dizzy could not do in good faith.  she had her own will and choices, and she would follow through  no matter the risks.

“Uh... I dunno why you’re here, but you might wanna leave, it’s not exactly a good place to be hangin’ around.” Granted, there were times he tended to run around the seedier parts of town, but this was a castle, and usually those that came to a castle had business.

Personally, Erik still found it a bit funny that a thief was still let into a castle freely, without them worrying about him in the least.

Even as a servant, Usalia pushes herself to become stronger. Even when Master tells her to calm down and just relax, as they should work together, she doesn’t really listen. Berserker is a rather stubborn rabbit.
