a-messenger-of-death, illlivemyownway and maliciousmaim got lost in the ruins
It was raining. Summer was fading, Phileas could sense it, as the nights were getting colder. The days were still sunny and probably warm, but being a pillar during that time he, naturally, couldn't feel any temperature or coziness. All that he had was the night, the darkness, usually the stars, but now rain and a fresh wind blowing East.
Still he was sitting outside his tent, letting the drops soak his clothes and his white hair. Waiting, for nothing. It was just refreshing, in more than one way, to be here like this. Perhaps it had to do with his recent, more or less unwanted, trips to the outside world, but Phileas felt strangely at home between the broken stones these days. He loved this place, sometimes he even loved his solitude for a bit.
But tonight he wasn't alone. Phileas didn't notice, caught up in his own thoughts - but someone had spotted him.
