So about Doctrine of Labyrinths: I don’t understand Malkar’s motivation at all. He makes very little sense. Why did he break the virtu and then just fuck off and do nothing about it? What was his grand plot? Why didn’t he act on it? Someone help me here.

I mean obviously he exists to make Felix miserable, but for a guy this old and this powerful Felix should be a pawn, his existence shouldn’t be based around making Felix miserable. So what was his actual goal? And why was he so easy to get rid of when it came down to it?
