Two ciders in process. Back has gone through primary and is now undergoing a #malolacticfermentation the front has gone through primary and I’ve now added 2 lbs of blackberries, 2 lbs of raspberries and #brettanomyces #claussenni the one in back will get #brettanomyces #lambicus in two more months along with cranberries and maybe cherries #sourcider #homebrewing #fermentationfun
