Two ciders in process. Back has gone through primary and is now undergoing a #malolacticfermentation the front has gone through primary and I’ve now added 2 lbs of blackberries, 2 lbs of raspberries and #brettanomyces #claussenni the one in back will get #brettanomyces #lambicus in two more months along with cranberries and maybe cherries #sourcider #homebrewing #fermentationfun

#beaker, the blood orange cider is moving. The 5 gallon barrel has been resting with some #jackdaniels and has now been emptied, filled with 180 degree water, then dumped. #malolacticfermentation has started and it'll age in the barrel for 1-2 months. #homebrewing #bloodorangecider #rosemary #maple #buorbon #nomnom

Beaker the #sourcider is now getting #barrelaged in a #balcones 5 gallon barrel. He should pick up some tannins and #whisky flavor. #homebrewing #malolacticfermentation #nomnom
