honestly every time i see anything for them it just feels. incredibly reductive towards her as a person. the same thing happens with harley/ivy a lot? like? people treat harley like she’s a little kid or an untrained puppy who just needs a Strong Presence to Fix Her and it completely disregards her agency, her trauma, and her mental illness-- yeah having a support system will help her wrt trauma and mental health but full offense the absolute last thing she needs in her support system is a romantic relationship!!! she needs steady friendships that prove to her she’s got worth on her own as a human being and not just as somebody’s girlfriend/partner in crime

i can see them being friends and i can see her being entertained by him but as far as a romantic relationship? nah

like yeah i get that people have their own interpretations and hcs that might make harleypool work for them but just. for me, personally, i’m gonna need y’all to Keep Harleypool 7000 Feet Away From Me At All Times Forever
