Starter for mama-ramen

(okay so litha died as a human around 1830 and the edwardian era starts 1901 so this works out lol) 

She'd been a spirit nearly a hundred years and despite the magical powers and the few other perks she got (namely being nearly invincible) it sucked. It was boring and very few people believed in her so she was invisible to most everyone. And if there was one thing Litha hated, it was being ignored. But she couldn't help that. All she could do was bring summer and coax the gentle feelings of happiness from the hearts those most in need. 

It was because of her "job" that she was in what had to be the nastiest city she'd ever set foot in. Litha had thought the cities of her day were polluted, but this was ridiculous. She bounded over puddles of questionable liquids and dodged bustling citizens. "Londons so gross...", she muttered sourly as she struggled to find a place away from the hustling people. 

After an hour of searching, she had managed to wriggle between some fence posts and into a relativly deserted backyard of sorts. A young woman sat on a bench there and Litha gazed at her curiously "Um..miss?" Litha knew she probably couldn't hear as she doubted the young woman believed in her, but she felt she should say something anyway. "Your um.." Litha made a tugging motion over one of her own breasts. "Your shirt is ah...slipping?"
