Me sentía culpable por tomarme tiempo para mi misma cuando salía al gym, y mis hijos tenían que ir conmigo y luego comer y hasta tarde llegar a casa a acostarlos 🤦🏼‍♀️ . Ahora me levanto temprano hago mis ejercicios desde mi garage con mis amigas en mi gym virtual. Solo 20 min ya! . El resto de mi vida y tiempo se los dedico a ellos, les hago desayuno, les preparo el lunch y salimos 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻 . Nunca eres bueno o malo en algo ... Si nunca lo tratas 💁🏼‍♀️ .
