A mouthwatering twist on the classic burger with Italian flavors. Juicy burger patties topped with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, crispy prosciutto, and fresh basil leaves, all sandwiched between toasted buns.
Ingredients: 4 hamburger buns. 4 chicken or turkey burger patties. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 4 slices prosciutto. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for grilling.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Some salt and pepper should be added to the burger patties. Use olive oil to clean the grill grates so food doesn't stick. If you want the burgers to be fully cooked, cook each side for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add a slice of prosciutto and a lot of mozzarella cheese to the top of each patty in the last minute of cooking. Put the lid back on the grill to melt the cheese. Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them until they are lightly browned while the cheese melts. Put marinara sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Spread some melted cheese and prosciutto on top of the marinara sauce after the burger is done cooking. Put fresh basil leaves on top of the burger and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese. Last, put the other half of the toasted bun on top. Enjoy your tasty Parma burger while it's still hot!
