Soooo many people called out today including a doctor and I am just so fucking happy I took today off. Literally reminding my boss how hard I work and how much I scramble to move people around and get out on the floor to help cover.

I feel bad for my staff that are getting stretched thin bc of this but you literally can’t do anything about people getting sick. My boss better be leaning on the float pool to keep my regular people from burning out

Ok it turns out my works profit sharing plan is insane and I think I need to rededicate myself to the job bc no one will take care of me like this
