Well, pretty much found out I have ulcerative colitis. 😂 Just waiting for a colonoscopy for confirmation. I guess what is going on with all the bathroom trips is I'm having a HUGE flare. 😰So this calls for a few foods that will help keep my insides from erupting so much. We started off with a banana 🍌 and this cream of rice cereal.
