whiplash roleplaying in textverse because mana is so so so inherently sad and i need to cling onto their sadness/hope/desparation/lackthereoff or else i lose them but the aus we keep pumping out are so silly.

i think in this stage right now they are feeling a lot of. grief? acceptance? tiredness? their favourite part of being a vampire is being a bat. their least favourite is being a vampire. and losing their sense. i'm seeing it very much as losing a sense (like touch/sight/smell) and having to be okay with that

there is nothing they can do and their anger manifests mostly towards gideon, if any, and is otherwise harboured by the ghost that looms around them. so they feel defeated? acceptance? they miss what they were but what can be done? how many times will things change again? they are weary and want to call it quits.

and this hunger they harbour has never been sated. it doesn't sate, not really. they're afraid they will see friends as food. they wonder if they have any friends at all, really.

they miss their job. they miss alcohol and their job and the tavern and the bar and the city. and still they persist, because they must, because they have to.
