Social Distancing
How odd to be told to do what I have always had a tendency to do — practice social distancing. For others, this might be a bad thing, but it plays right into my psyche. For the past year, I have been attending many social activities, meeting people, enjoying having friends and being part of a community, which has been great, but I like this lifestyle, too. Let me just take a second to plug this awesome mandala maker app. If you have anxiety or if you deal with a lot of stress download this app and play around with it! It is so soothing and therapeutic and totally addicting!! I can sit in my phone for hours creating new beautiful patterns that go on forever! The app is simply called Mandala Maker and I highly recommend it to literally everyone.
