Hey man, how are you? Tomorrow is international men's day, is there anything you can think of as a way of celebrating it? Even if it's just cigars, scotch and blues hehe

I hadnt known of the date until you mentioned it, I wish I had! It seems like it could be a good time with a group of guys. I'm more of a steak, bourbon, and pipe tobacco guy myself, but I wouldnt say that would be an adequate celebration of manhood. I'm going to brainstorm a bit here, so maybe I can have something in mind for another similar day.

Setting: A gathering of my inner circle to celebrate and challenge us.

First: The games - arm wrestle, rope climb, hatchet throwing, wrestling/grappling, log chopping, rock throw, etc

Second: Feast - All you can eat meat with vegetable toppings, homemade drinks.

Third: A commendation to the accomplishments of men of history and a tribute of worship to The Complete Man.

Fourth: A challenge to verbalize and commit to accomplish a goal not yet committed. What have you been putting off that you need to accept the responsibility of completing and accept the accountability of others to help you accomplish?

Fifth: A reading of a code of honor historically held by men of high standard and perhaps playing an old song about a legendary man.

Yeah........ well, until I can put something like this on, I guess I'll follow my normal plans with maybe a pipe smoke thrown in. Tomorrow is hopefully, a big breakfast, one load of moving thing to the new house, sighting the hunting rifle in for Saturday, working on the remodel and heading to work.

Oh heeeeyy guys. It's been a while. I have actually been working on projects, they're just not ones I want to share yet. This means I have actually had a flare up of artsy expression, so I'm back to trying to post regularly.

Sort of a reverse of today's earlier post - shadows in geometric shapes. I don't think it worked so well.

Also, is it just me, or are these colors too reminiscent of “They Live”?
