I haven’t, but I should! It looks like they’re a little difficult to find in French in the US, which is a shame, since I would like to read more French literature. Do you have any other recommendations for good French novels?

You are scared of birds? Do you want to talk about it?
Not much to talk about. My grandma and mom and I are afraid of birds and whenever people post bird photos/GIFs I always immediately block the posts because birds are gross and I don’t want to see them. I go out of my way to walk around pigeons and will never, ever own a birdfeeder.

This is the kind of experiences life is made of and beautiful for. I wish I could do the same... but I would have to walk hundreds of kilometers to find 15 bakeries! (that's what a life in the countryside is like)
It was fun! It was definitely an interesting experience. I want to do more stuff like this, at the very least because it’s something to talk about with my grandma when I call her. But you don’t have to walk to 15 bakeries for macarons because you know how to make them!
