Bright Eyes - Bowl of Oranges (by Saddle Creek)

Having a little blast from the past while watching The O.C and then I thought of this song.

One time - like eleven years ago :/ - my friend Amanda showed me this video and told me it was one of the happiest emo songs ever. (Along with The Rocket Summer's "Skies So Blue".)

Fun Fact: Amanda is actually responsible for introducing me to a handful of my favourite bands. (As is my cousin Amanda and my friend Mandi ...what the hell is it with people named Amanda in my life?!)

Shoot one frame. Shoot another frame. Layer in PS. Change opacity of top layer. Done. Canon wont let you do it in camera. I just did a bunch of double exposures the other day.

yeah I know how to do it technically, but executing it properly is an entirely different story

Doing it with a 35mm is so freaking neat because you dont really know what your result will look like. Or maybe thats just me because I suck at using 35mm cameras.

Yeah i did it once on 35mm (first and last time i will ever use film) and i had no idea how it would turn out until i got the images back

I’ve never used but everything I’ve heard about them has been extremely positive.

A friend of mine has the same issues with her girlfriend that I’ve had with boys in the past. Relationships are fun that way.

Ugh. If I date a guy I get stupidity and if I date a girl I get stupidity. It's a no-win for me hah
