Kira wants a nice, quiet life. When you tell Kira about your age regression he looks shell-shocked. He leans forward and guards his mouth with his two hands, fingers linked as he seems lost in thought. His brows furrow as he stares at you, in silence.
He's not upset that you age regress. He's just planning on how to deal with your regression in a way that's quiet. You're not one of those kids that screams when they're excited, watches cartoons on your phone or iPad on max volume with no headphones, stomp and throw things when upset, and leave sticky handprints wherever you go... Right?
Kira only realizes after you start shifting uncomfortably that it looks like he's annoyed with you. And he's not! He doesn't mind taking care of you when you need it. He's just thinking about what to do.
Kira buys you toys and colouring books with a birthday card at the store, so no one thinks he's buying it for himself. The birthday card gets cut and sprinkled into the recycling before he gives you the purchases.
He buys you any toy you want that doesn't require batteries, or at least, that doesn't make noise. You can have the Crayola crayon maker, you can have the DIY chocolate coin press, and you can have some Treasure-X toys, and all the stuffies you want. Just so long as when you're all done, you clean up after. And if you need help, Kira will help you seal up all the toys into their containers, and then wipe your hands all clean with a baby wipe. But don't forget, Kira can't just buy you new things all the time. You might get a new toy every birthday, Christmas, or whenever you need to get a shot.
Kira gives you healthy snacks like carrot sticks, or fruit slices. He lives in fear that he'll give you cheetos or goldfish and you'll just hold it in your hand until it gets soggy and gunky and leave it somewhere in the house or pass it into his hand.
Obsessive baby wipes. Going to use your pacifier? Don't put that in your mouth until it's clean. You're playing with your tablet after snacktime? Baby wipes for your hands, and the screen.
Kira likes sitting in the garden with you, or playing pretend inside with some of your toys. He's not very good at doing pretend voices, but he clearly loves you and is trying to have fun as he makes your frog ribbit, folding origami with you like the activity book he bought you.
