This was a fun little challenge. I really liked those brushes. It was interesting experimenting with a more messy style. Decided to use this challenge to art crime my lil bro @yaboiroastbeefsub

I know it was technically supposed to be a portrait of a random person, but I'm a fandom blog! So anyway here's Varric for the May Challenge of the Month by Manero Brushes!

I had a ton of fun doing this piece with only the brush and palette provided by the challenge 😃 so probably expect to see more of these in the future!

Manero Brush Challenge

This was a fun challenge to do between shows and tech. I think it turned out pretty cool. It's a neat brush too. And yes, I took my cornrows out.

Used this as some practice with layers to get more comfortable with the program. I think my first attempt is more in line with the challenge but I didn’t feel like I got the look I wanted.

My first time ever joining one of these things, in case you can’t tell it’s supposed to be a peach. It’s my first time ever drawing a peach and the brush surprisingly really helped! I used a slightly modified version of the colour pallet from the challenge and I think it came out great! I’m super proud of it and I hope you like it too
