I know what mangakissa are, but I'd never been in one before. We dropped DD (18) off at Western Land yesterday. For 400¥, DD could rent a study carrel like space with a partial door and have unlimited trips to the nonalcoholic drink bar for 90 min. There you can read any of the extensive manga collection they have, put on headphones and surf the web, have a snack or meal, or just put your head down and take a nap. If you are following along at home, there's a mangakissa in TANABATA WISH. Kissa=kissaten=coffee shop.

2017-08-03 卓球をしたいという息子。 * ドイツでは公園に卓球台があって青空卓球が出来るけれど、日本ではそういう訳にはいかず。ネットで調べたところ、漫画喫茶に卓球台があるらしい。まだ車がないので駅から30分歩き、息子も私も初の漫画喫茶。卓球をして、初めてのダーツも経験して。ド真ん中に当たったので記念撮影も😛結局4時間󾭛また30分歩いて駅まで戻りました。少しは運動不足解消になったかな😅 * * #マンガ喫茶#漫画喫茶#卓球#ダーツ#日本#pingpong#mangakissa#japan

More artwork! The top two pieces were posters (2 meters in length!) which were displayed at the Animecon 2014 in The Hague. They will probably be at the Abunaicon as well. The middle one is made for promotional-material, which we stick to walls at conventions. And the bottom one was for our schoolyard at the Animecon. We had several fun games set up and provided these cards, so people could find out on their own how to play it.
